Will the event be recorded?
Yes, it will be recorded. And recordings will be available for an additional cost after the event.

What happens if I arrive late or must leave early?
No problem.
Can I bring my children?
There are no childcare facilities available. Mothers with nursing babies are welcome.

What do I need to bring for the day?
Notebook and pen, water bottle, business cards (pass ‘em around & grow your biz!), and any “burning” questions for our lunchtime Ask-a-Thon experts!
What do I do for lunch?
There will be a 1-hour non-hosted break for lunch. We will also be hosting our lunchtime Ask-a-Thon where you will have access to a variety of financial, realty, and other professional specialists.
Some options are:
- The Westword Ho restaurant at the golf course (limited space)
- Urban Fare or Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen — an 11-minute walk west from the golf course at Shortcut Road
- More options available at UBC near Allison Road if you wish to drive
- Fast-food kiosk located near the golf course (frequented by golfers)
How do I get to the event?
Getting to the University Golf Club, 5185 University Blvd by Bus:
- Travelling west – Bus 14,4,9 stop outside the golf course
- Travelling east – Bus 14,4,9 across the street near the golf course
By Car:
- Free parking is available at the golf course
- Please note that it is golf season, so the parking lot does fill up quickly
Can my company sponsor attendees who cannot afford to attend?
Yes, for $199 you can sponsor a woman to attend.
This is a win-win for all. A woman who may not be able, can attend this empowering event and the donor receives a charitable gift receipt for the full amount.
I want to attend but am unable to pay for the event. Is there a way for me to attend anyway?
For those who face financial challenges, we have added a “Pay What You Can” option in our ticketing platform.
